bulk shipments
Last combined shipping I had it generated a bulk shipping label.
However, for some reason when I sell a single item its still using the combined shipping and item is duplicated. two tracking numbers and 2 shipping charges. don't know how to fix this.
Last item I sold I had to cancel one shipping charge and now have to wait for refund.
Any help would be appreciated.
