Bulk Edit Feature Not Working
Bulk Edit Feature Is Not Working to Remove Best Offer Why Not? I'm trying to remove my best offer feature through bulk edit and it hasn't worked for the past few days anyone know why?

OP4 months agoThank you for trying to help....I'm afraid I'm not very "tech savvy" so I had Ebay call me since I didn't know what to do ......They had me try the incognito mode which didn't work....I did try to only do 200 at a time since I have over 2k listings and thought trying too many at a time wasn't helping but a smaller amount didn't work either....I use Chrome as I have several extensions I use for my consignment reselling business but no luck....Not sure how to clear the Ebay cookies:-(. I can't tell you how much I appreciate someone trying to help me, Ebay customer service never seems to know what to do when I have any issues!

OP4 months agoI did just clear the Ebay cache and also uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled but I am still getting the "Something Is Wrong" message.....Not sure what else to do ......So frustarting.....

OP4 months agoI am on with customer service and they tried having me do it in the "incognito" mode, still keep getting the same message "Something Went Wrong." They don't seem to know why it isn't working.....In Chat GPT I see that I'm not the only one with this issue but it still isn't working after a couple of days, same message....

OK...if you won't tell me the steps you are taking, I'll suggest you try a different browser to see if that is the issue (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.). You can also try clearing your eBay cookies. Another thing to try is to select just a few items and try it on those rather than on your entire Active item list to see if that works.
