Bug Report
If the address on a completed order is wrong (potentially due to another bug I reported in a separate thread), you cannot correct it. Your only options are to "contact seller" or "cancel order."
additional bug (I will create a separate thread for each this): There is no option to talk to a human.

OP1 year agoI contacted the seller first, and the seller corrected the address. But unfortunately I had no choice but to put in a cancellation request on teh order to stop it from being shipped to the wrong address and now I can neither cancel said request nor contact a human at eBay to cancel it, thus proving what we all already know: eBay is made entirely out of bugs, and if anything ever works here, someone gets fired for that.

Mentor1 year agoI have not had the same experiences as you are having. Have you been buying and selling on ebay for a long time? I don't know where you are getting your information.
I have the correct addresses set in my account and I check the address I want it shipped to when I bid or buy an item. There is a pop up that shows you the shipping address when you place a bid or make an offer or use a buy it now.

Mentor1 year agoHave you contacted the seller or requested to cancel the order.
You also need to correct your addresses in your account settings so that you don't select the wrong address again.
