Bug or pointless feature?
As a seller, we can put a lower limit on the amount that a buyer can offer. Why is it that if you offer a buyer a certain amount, they can turn around and offer LESS than the minimum you set??
is this another eBay software bug or do they really think sellers want that?
I find it frustrating.

I opened one of your listings and what I see if I want to send an offer is 3 prefilled by ebay prices a buyer can select from or they can fill in their own price. If you are using ebay standard listing tool You cannot set a minimum price that you will accept for offers. That can only be done by switching to the Advanced / Business listing tool.
If you switch to it you can set up the auto accept/decline feature with your lowest acceptable offer price, below which offers will be automatically declined, and a higher one at which you can counter offer if you want, which can start at a penny less than your BIN price.
FYI. check your messages in a little while, I have a question about some of your items.
