FOR MOST OF THE LAST WEEK, I have not been able to access the View Offer Details pop-up within My eBay > Offers > View Offer Details - same problem in Item > Review Offer. When I click View Offer Details - Review Offer - in WIndows 11 Pro the pop-up windows comes up but always stalls. It never shows the offer that I could accept, counter-offer, or decline.
If any offer expires these last several days, I am able to delete it in My eBay, again in Windows 11 Pro. Since I prefer Windows more than Android, the impact on me is I receive seller offers, I can't accept them when I want to (that's BAD!), and I can't decline them either. I just have to wait it out and delete the expired offer. This functionality needs to be FIXED.
I did finally have the brainstorm to see the eBay app works on Android. In the app, I was able to reach the seller Offer and could delcline the offer. I assume I could have opted to accept or counter-offer on Android.
It appears to only be a bug on Windows. As I said, this has been going on for maybe a week to-date. I use Microsft Edge, Google Chrome, and Firefox on Windows. I checked each browser and the bug exists everywhere.

Do you have any common browser extensions in all three of those browsers? Such as an ad blocker or a script blocker? Try temporarily disabling those to see if that makes a difference.

OP4 months agoI'm afraid I already deleted my last batch of "Offers" that were clogging up My Watchlist.
Yes, I do have Ad Blocker in all 3 of my browsers. I only use NoScript in Firefox.
Next offer or offers I receive, I will try disabling each of these extensions and see whether that solves the problem.
Please be mindful that as recently as 1 week ago, all the Offer functionality worked in each of my browsers with Ad Blocker and NoScript in their default settings.
I will reply to you again once I receive offers I can test using your change.

Understood. It is possible that something has changed since then -- either on eBay's end, or with a particular ad blocking subscription -- that is now causing problems for you. Or it may be something else that you have no control over.
Using Firefox on a Windows 10 machine I am able to view the offer popup successfully, and I have not seen any recent posts from other users about this particular issue, so I suspect that the problem is a very limited one rather than a widespread site issue with eBay.
