Do you have two identical bubble gum machines? If not, you have listed the machine twice. Once as a:

Buy It Now for $70.00.
As an auction with a starting bid of $0.99, a Buy It Now option for $70.00 and a reserve price (which you paid a hefty fee for).

The machine will not sell when the auction ends unless the reserve is met.

If the reserve is an amount you are happy with, I would let the auction run as you have bidders, but you need to end the duplicate listing. You can do that by going to your Active items list and selecting End listing from the dropdown next to it.
