Why did my listing for Bubble Lites get reported for dangerous chemical but there are others able to sell them??

Unfortunately, most bubble lights contain Methylene chloride which is a poison.
(I have bubble lights I planned to list, too - bummed )

The following hazardous materials are not allowed on eBay:
- Methylene chloride (dichloromethane) and paint or coating-removal products that contain it.
Even though you see other listings, it does not mean the item is allowed.
The other listings you see are like the cars speeding by on the highway. Only most of these will get "pulled over by eBay"... their listing will get pulled down before or after the sale, AND they get a warning on their account. OR their account will be closed.
I know it is hard to understand when you see the listings, but trust me, they nearly all get caught.

Since he lights are not recalled, I am planning to list my bubble lights on another marketplace, probably a local pickup place.
