Bubble lights
I'm trying to understand why my bubble lights listing was removed by ebay. There are 288 of them listed this right now. I'd like to fix the problem so I can relist and sell the lights.

Mentor2 years agoBubble lights are not to be sold on ebay due to the liquid inside the lights. There is a REPORT ITEM on every listing. Right side, just above the item number.

OP2 years agoWhat policy is related to the liquid inside the bulb?

It's because they usually have a toxic chemical inside. This link explains it. You do have to click continue since it's an off ebay site.

OP2 years agoI do see the article on the poisonous liquid and understand. Please know I'm not trying to be a snot about this. I just don't understand why there are so many listed and not all removed. Thanks to all who chimed in.

Mentor2 years ago@myantiques! Because it's like speeding, not everyone that should be caught is. There are also MILLIONS of listings on eBay so it's not possible to catch everything. Some sellers may even have their sales canceled by eBay after the item is sold.
The bots catch some and others are reported. There is a report listing link on each listing just above the description box on the right hand side.

Mentor2 years agoHi @myantiques! I only see 280 for sale, a bunch of them sold today. Sometimes it's hard to figure out why some listings are taken down or cancelled as soon as the sell, etc. and others are allowed to remain.
We see this on a regular basis where one Seller gets their listing taken down yet many others are up for sale ... can't explain it ...
