i am receiving random items that i have not ordered from China via a delivery service called Evri
how ca
n i stop them whatever they are doing and is it harmful to my account?

Mentor3 years agoHi @dpke-83 Does the package have a tracking number anywhere on it? If so, you should get it back to the post office. It's part of a fake Item Received scam and the tracking will show delivered to the actual buyer if you just keep it. If the actual buyer paid $100 for an item and they shipped a $1 item to you in the same zip code with tracking, the actual buyer will lose any Item Not Received dispute and get ripped off for their $100. If the packages have a tracking number, take them back to the post office or give them back to your carrier. Good luck!

I know of no way to stop them. You aren't responsible for unrequested items in the mail. You can toss them in the trash unopened if that's what you want to do. It has no effect on your eBay account.
You didn't say how many times &/or how often you receive these packages, nor whether you've opened them to see what's inside.

OP3 years agoHi thanks for your response. The first time i received, scourers, 6 pack of toothbrushs, a water bottle and food bags,
yesterday i received straws.
i opened them as they were in my name and i am always ordering so didn't think it odd to open.

Mentor3 years agoPossibly someone is sending items to your address to generate tracking that shows delivery to your general area, for use in other (likely fraudulent) transactions.
If you do not know who is behind it, there is probably not much you can do to stop it.
