What is this deal with ebay constantly having to check my browser..on my computer, on my phone, on everything. No other sites do this, and it seems to be endless. Since ebay sets cookies, why do they need to do this all the time, multiple times in the same browsing session??

Are you using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network? Those can cause issues.
If not, try a different browser or a private or incognito browser window to rule out browser or cookie issue.
