Brought in item and never came
Brought item on the 24th of Sept. Cancelled it on the 1st of Oct because seller never send. Now it says I have to wait till the seller conform the cancel, but the person is not even responding. i just want my money back. what are my options? feel like a scam.

A buyer can request a cancellation, but the seller is the only one that can actually cancel the transaction, and the seller is not required to cancel just because a buyer asks.
Just because you do not see tracking does not necessarily mean the item has not shipped. Not every seller uses eBay labels or provides tracking information when an item ships.
If the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date shown at the time of your purchase, the next day you should be able to file an "item not received" case with eBay.

If the seller does not cooperate, you should be able to ask eBay to step in after three business days. After twenty-one business days from starting the case, if you have not asked eBay to step in or received a refund, eBay will close the case without a refund.
