Brooks shoes and bad seller

Question

I bought a pair of brooks shoes and when I bought them it said 30 day return. After the seller took the money it now says No Returns. Ebay is siding with the seller. I found out after bidding that Brooks shoes say on the webs site that there shoes cannot be used by a second person because they confirm to the first owner and can cause back and foot problems. so, l returned some of the brooks shoes l bought.

@bumblebea1948 Your reason for return would be considered buyers remorse. The shoes were as described on the listing. Sellers do not have to accept buyers remorse returns.

Brooks can also make that statement on their site to encourage people to buy new shoes from them so they don't lose a sale.

I say wear the shoes and you should be fine. Maybe put a new insole in them for support.
