broken watch no response from seller
in october 2023 i bought a watch. about 3 months ago, so about 8 months after i bought it, the second hand fell off. it's an automatic watch so i expected to need to service it after a year but didn't expect it to break!
i contacted the seller but he has not replied. i wanted to report this to ebay but there is no option for ebay to step in and help cos it's an older order. what can i do? how can i ask ebay to intervene?

Eight months after the purchase you can only get help from the seller.
Does the watch manufacturer offer any type of warranty?
Is this an expensive watch?
