·3 years agoAs a buyer you should file a not as described case.
If you're the seller you have to provide a return label and refund when it's returned, or you can save the return label cost and refund. Either way you have to refund.

·3 years agoIf you're the seller, you can't prove it wasn't broken by the time the buyer received the item.
