-Did the Seller ask for the picture?
-Did you start an official eBay return claim for either Arrived damaged or Does not match pictures or description and are you trying to upload the picture to the return process?
-Regardless of the Seller's return policy you are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
