Unless there is a major catastrophe (like the package falling off a truck on the highway and then being run over by whoever is behind the truck, it's very rare that the item will arrive damaged if packaged properly.
You can file a claim online, and USPS will make a decision. Have the buyer send you photos of the damaged item, the inner packaging, and carton so you can attach them to the claim. See this link:

Meanwhile, you need to refund the buyer.

OP10 months agoThank you...yes im refunding at least 2x aweek i wrap these like they are going in space....frustrated.

That's way too much breakage. I think I have only had one or two items arrive damaged in 22 years and that's because the carton was completely mangled in the machinery.
