Broken items
Is anyone else experiencing "broken items" recently. I take pride in my packaging and there is NO WAY items could have broke in shipping without the boxes destroyed. One instance..guy bought 3 cups,,,2 "broke" in shipping (no way, thick heavy made.) Admitted in refund request....the one he really wanted didnt break. Then candy dish...very heavy glass..."broke in shipping" no damage to box and could have only broken with a direct blow to the dish....the lid survived...which if anything would have broke first. I suspect they needed a lid and now have one for free...Also stated they had had people refund instantly without going thru the EBAY process,,,, then saw they only had about 5 transactions on a new account,,,,suspicious? Ebay seemingly is becoming more buyer friendly than seller. However even the service representative suspected the same after seeing the items and circumstances.
