Broken item returned to seller who will not refund me!
I received an item that was broken from a seller who asked me to return it to him and then he would refund me. I did at my own expense and he won’t refund me. I’m out not only the purchase and now shipping both ways.
what should I do?

Mentor2 years agoYou never pay to return a broken item, you will not be reimbursed for that, but you still can get a refund. Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged. Enter the tracking number for the label you purchased if asked. If no refund by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
