Broken item received
I ordered a set of Koss headphones thar were said to be in working condition. Item arrived not working and seller won't respond and doesn't take returns. It was a dishonest listing. Ebay is said to have a money back guarantee but so far none of the "help" menus or chats will lead me to a solution. How do I get my money back from this scam seller?

The seller’s no returns does not apply to damaged or misrepresented items.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
