Broken Item - Not working when we received
Purchased as a guest a Freddy Krueger Doll TALKING FIGURE for our BLIND, 6 year old grandson. This was all he wanted. The seller posted it was a NEW item. When we opened the figure out of the box, the claw hands fell off and when we tried the talk part of the figure, it wouldn't do anything! So we changed the batteries out with brand new batteries, and rest assured we made sure we had them in correctly. Still nothing!!!! Our grandson is devastated & so are we. Since I purchased as a guest, I guess it doesn't list as an item I purchased on Ebay?! I cannot get a hold of the seller or I dont know how to get to him. I have the confirmation email with all the specifics. Can someone PLEEEEEEEASE help me. I need to get this straightened out. Our grandson is waiting to hear from me and I am desparately needing to talk to this seller. TIA.

Mentor2 years agoPurchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
