Broken item from me to purchaser
I sent out four ceramic ice cream mugs. All fully wrapped and packaged really well. I received a message that one of them was broken and she would like some money back. Is USPS responsible for this? It looks like the ceramic cone shaped cup was dropped but I can’t prove that. What can I do? I literally made $5.61 after fees and taxes so I would have shipped a product to a customer and actually lose money. Buy the way eBay your fees and stuff are ridiculous.

You can ask the buyer to open a return request and refund the buyer when you get them back. In this scenario, you will have to pay the return shipping and refund in full, including the original shipping.
Or you can just refund the buyer and be done with it.
Or you can offer the buyer a partial refund.
You will have to decide the best option for you and the transaction.
eBay fees are publish and available for you to read when you decide to list the item.

Did the buyer send you a photo of the broken cup? If they did ask them to send a photo of the package to see if there is signs of mishandling by the USPS on it. If there is no sign of that, send
the buyer a 25% refund for the one item, which is the easiest way to go.
Or,
Tell them to open a return request for all of the cups and send the buyer a return shipping label, asking them to return the items in the package they arrived in. Once you have them back issue a full refund.

You've sold several sets of glasses and mugs, at prices I would not have listed them for. You have to take into account ebay's fees when you price items. They'll still take out their fees but it will not hurt as much.
