Broken item arrived in the UK from US and no seller response yet!
It's been difficult because I do not have a smartphone and have been unable to get the photo she emailed me of the broken item into eBay's return program.

Mentor6 months agoYour post is confusing. You are located in the USA. Therefore, you must be the seller, since you stated the item arrived broken in the UK. If your buyer is located in the UK, that buyer files a return request for Item Not as Described/damaged. The buyer uploads the photos into the returns request. If you shipped the item using the ebay International Shipping program, ebay should refund the buyer and you keep the $ for the sale.
