Broken item
I ordered a porcelain Magnolia flower and a leaf is broken off. I’m not sure if it was ordered through EBay because it does not show up in the account. Should I return it or get a refund of some money because it is damaged?

Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
