It was shipped via FedX and arrived damaged in pieces actually - I am told one thing from FedX another from the seller... UGH! I just want a full refund none of this partial stuff with weird reasons etc...

I have contacted the seller not sure if they are new or what but i never had to fill out forms etc... for a refund when i received a item damaged especially when I communicated promptly and had photos and everything

Now I am told i have Ebay forms to fill out "WHAT" ??? the item isn't even $100 I am confused

You can see out communications could you help me Thanks ?

There are no forms to fill out. You are covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee.

File an Ebay Return Request for a full refund:

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdamaged". Attach a photo.
When your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
