Good day I purchased an item for $300 and it came broke, waiting to hear back from FedEx, my question is what is the sellers obligation at this point. He has my money and I have a broken item at the minimum I want to know if he can pay for the return shipping in the mean time so we can expedite the process of sending me a new item. Tia
