Broken in shipment - what do I do?
I bought a box of Waterford Crystal wine hock glasses. When I picked up the box after shipment, I could hear glass moving. Once I opened the inner box, two of the glasses were broken.
What do I need to do?

Mentor3 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, damaged item. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
