Broken glass item
My item arrived from bad packing..it won’t let me start a ‘return’ for another week, we live on the other side of the world and most likely won’t get back in time for the last day of returns aloud …is there anything I can do..

OP11 months agoHello Kathy, no it says I can’t ask for a return till the 15 of October .. I’ve tried always to get round this to no avail , he will refund once returned, but I’m feeling a bit nervy about this as I feel it’s not going to work out well even when he received it…the piece is cheaper than the return post to the U.K.
