Broken glass

The glass item I received is shattered. The seller is not responding and eBay is sending me through the wringer trying to get help. Question: do I return a shattered glass item via USPS? Is it safe to do so?

Did you open a Return Request? That is the proper step.

The seller may require the broken item to be return, or the seller may just refund you.

You should be able to package broken glass, but also, open the Return Request and get the ball rolling.
