Broken game returned to me
I sold and shipped a Nintendo switch game all through eBay. Yes it was working as it should when I shipped it. The buyer received a torn up busted package and the game didn’t work. So eBay intervened, gave them money back, sent item back to me. And now I’m left with a broken game minus 5 dollars I paid for shipping. After numerous calls to eBay support they just say file a claim with USPS which always goes to an error page on usps website. What do I do now? eBay has been no help at all
