Broken case when arrived for comic book saying no returns
What should I do purchased a New Mutants 98 cgc 9.6 total cost of around $460. When I received the case was broken very badly on top left corner and on the back as well. I feel it was not packaged very well no bubble wrap at all just cardboard. Seller is saying his hands are tied and won't let me return it. What is the next step.

Mentor8 months agoYou have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. After this time has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
