Broken Bike Rack
I purchased a new bike rack. The rubber straps were defective. My wife went camping and the rubber strap tore and the bike came loose and lost at some point. Having trouble getting hold of the manufacturer. It's not the sellers fault, but not sure about a possible bike replacement. Any suggestions? Thanks
