Good Morning! Today, just now arrived delivered one item /36arkwright way Etwall DE65 6RW Derbyshire/ the item Peppa pig ceramic mugs and I seen after the delivery/was at on floor outside property frontdoor, the item broked.I can gratulation for royal mail that throwing the item and after broken....This item woulded for to my daughter /5year old/but this present go to bin and I lost £6.35.Thank you ROYAL MAIL!!!

Mentor2 years agoThe seller is responsible for the broken item and will have to reimburse you. I doubt he wants it returned, but don't throw it in the bin just yet.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reason for return, select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
