Bristol Apparel scams customers
I bought 3 shirts from Bristol Apparel. First, they charged me shipping for all but combined items, so that was wrong. However my complaint is that all three shirts are not what was pictured or described. I was supposed to get a solid purple, I got a purple stripe. The sold grey I expected is white with black herringbone-type stipes, the light blue is white with blue and black pattern on it. All falsley advertised. It isn't just the picture they showed, they also described them wrong. I should not have to pay to fix this. They should refund my money and Goodwill can have these. They are scamming seniors. This is elder abuse and a case for the department of interstae commerce I am very angry.

Mentor1 year agoDo not get rid of the items you received. You will need to return them to receive a refund.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to open an “item not as described caseâ€. This overrides the sellers return policy. Go to your Purchase History and find the item. Then under “More actions†click on “Return item†and then select the reason for the return as “doesn't match description". It may ask you to attach a photo so the seller and eBay can see what was received. The seller will need to send you a prepaid return label and once the items are returned they have three days to refund you. If they do not refund you you go back to the case and "Ask eBay to step in". eBay will then force a refund. After this time limit has passed you would have to go to your payment source to see what help they can give.
