BreadMachine arrived DOA- Refund
So I purchased a bread machine.
A while back. I did not have time to use it for quite a long time as I was preparing to graduate from nursing school, so it just sat in its original box out of the way.
I tried to use it it back in November 2023. It did not work at all. This was the first time it had been removed from the box, and used.
This is NOT my first bread machine! I know this model so well, it's why I purchased a second one. I love it!
Anyway, it DID NOT WORK!
Attempted to contact seller- no response and apparently, no refunds either
I can NOT contact Ebay besides going through that stupid chat window, and I don't trust whoever that is on the other side of the chat. They started asking for personal data. Shouldn't they have been able to look up my info by using the Order Number alone? What happened to Ebay- really sucks you can't speak to a person IRL. 😞
Ebay used to help get refunds quick for situations like this, but I can't find the situation like mine to file a complaint either.

eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee. Buyers have purchase protection from eBay for 30 days after delivery. You don't mention when you purchased the machine but indicate it has not worked for five months. At this point, the Seller is not obligated to refund and the money back guarantee is no longer valid.

Mentor2 years agoYou only have 30 days for ebay to help you or 180 days typical for the payment processor to help. After that if no warranty from the manufacturer you are out of luck.
