Brand New Phone turned out to be a refurbished one after 3 months
Hello, I have bought a Samsung S22 Ultra mobile phone which was sold as brand new, and after about 3 months the battery started swelling, and after taking it to a repair shop it was discovered that this was a badly refurbished one (super glue used etc).
I have asked the repair shop to give me a full report along with photos as a proof that the phone was indeed refurbished, and not a brand new one.
I have contacted the seller, but he ignores me.
Since 3 months passed and I didn't give the seller any feedback, what other options do I have to get the seller to at least cover the battery replacement cost (£90)? Is there any ebay protection help program or after that long I am left alone with the problem?

Since the 30 day Money Back Guarantee has passed, there is nothing you can do through Ebay.
Contact the funding source you used to pay for the phone.
