Brand New Ooma Telo Not Working and Buyer would like to Return
Hello Community,
A week ago I sold / shipped a Brand New Ooma Telo (free internet telephone service).
It was new old stock, but never opened until I took pictures for eBay.
The buyer emailed me and told me that he contacted the vendor and that he cannot get it to work.
He said the vendor is indicating that the unit is bad.
I find this a little hard to believe, but anything is possible.
My auction says "No Returns".
What should I do?
Accept the return and have the buyer pay for return shipping?
Accept the return and I pay for shipping?
Don't accept the return and most likely get bad feedback.
Thoughts?
Thank you.
Tom
