BRAND NEW COFFEMAKER RETURN
Brand new factory sealed coffeemaker. Buyer opened it and according to him used it without any problems for several days. After those several days I assume 4-5 days after receiving it he claims the coffeemaker is not working and filed a return request. It was stated on the listing no returns accepted. I understand the ebay money back guarantee in case item is not delivered or as described. The item got delivered. As far as not been as described I dont think Im guilty of that either. Item has a manufacturer's warranty which is the route I believe the buyer should go. Any insights on this is appreciated. Thank You.
