brand new account and I am restricted
I just opened an e bay account. Right off the bat it says that my account is restricted from buying and selling and details are in an e mail. I have looked in e mails and cannot find any information about it. I have yet to find somewhere on the site where I can get an answer to why. Does anyone have information that will help point me in the right direction please. Thank you.
