Box was oversize and I paid $8 more for shipping than ebay had the buyer pay.
I entered the exact box size and the ebay system gave a shipping fee for the item that was $8 less than it should have been. What are my options for a refund?

Mentor2 years agoThere are no options for a refund. Are you saying the label you printed on eBay was $8 more than your buyer was charged? You’re charging retail, so you should be paying less than your buyer paid.
Was this the teakettle? How large was the box? It doesn’t look like an item that would go over the size limit to require a surcharge. Your listing shows me priority for 5LB.
