Message the Buyer and ask for pictures of the damage to the box for your records, especially both ends of it. Then wait.
That Rypstick is long, does it come apart for shipping?
You are a new Seller and a scam can't be ruled out here so having pictures of the box ends might help to determine if the Buyer is being honest or not ...
