Box ended up empty
I boxed up books. They were am odd shape so I had to take a lot of effort in packaging it. The buyer said the package was empty when it arrived. He said it was all taped up but the package was empty.
I have no reason to think he is lying, but I know 100% that I sent the items in that package.
Had this happened to anyone and his do we resolve it.
It seems like the usp fault. Nothing is able to be proven??
