Box came from seller with nothing in it

Question

I bought it as a "guest" when I tried to get a human at eBay a message said it would be easier if I establish an account. I had one long ago and tried to get back in but it set up a new account for me so now when I ask about a recent purchase it says I have no purchases… Because I bought it as a guest. It's impossible to get to a human isn't it? Help help help

None of the problems named to click on fit my experience. The box from the seller came. There was a piece of tissue paper in it but not the item, not any item in the box.

Guest orders are not connected to your eBay account; for help with a guest order you must first sign out of your existing eBay account and then use the "order details" link in the email that you received from eBay regarding the guest order, or else right click on the link and choose to open the link in a private or incognito browser window.

If an item arrives but is not as described -- even just an empty box -- file a "not as described return and be prepared to return what was received if the seller provides for return shipping. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days ask eBay to step in.
