Box arrived empty
My husband ordered a $150 item but the box showed up, stamped by the USPS that ut was received empty. He contacted the seller with no help from him. What do we do now?

OP6 months agoOk. We did that and we now have a QR code for a fed ex return. So do we just send back the empty box?

Mentor6 months ago@vanillaextinction2012 yes you send back the empty box. Once tracking shows delivery the seller has 2 business days to issue a refund if they don't then ask eBay to step in.

Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. In the comments add box arrived empty.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
