Bought three pairs of shoes... seller only shipped one
Purchased 3 pairs of Nike shoes from an ebay seller. They had the authentic guarantee so they were shipped to the NJ center to be verified. I received my package today... ONE pair of shoes in small box... NOT THREE. Seller is refusing to help in any way and is claiming they shipped three pairs to the ebay certification center and says I must talk to ebay. Well there is no way to do this... been trying for HOURS. Someone please help if possible...

OP2 years agoIt was three NEW pairs of the same Nike Free RN Flyknit 2018 Black. Seller claims they shipped all three pairs and that the ebay center somehow messed this up. They are so unhelpful it makes me think they only shipped one pair and knew what a can of worms this would be for me to try and sort out. I feel so bummed out over being ripped off like this. Makes me want to leave ebay and never come back.

Mentor2 years ago@catowl as i understand it, multiple items cannot be combined. each item ships separately bc they each have to be authenticated separately. so, wonder if ur seller shipped 3 boxes or put all 3 pair into one box?

if u do open a return request, the reason will be 'missing parts or pieces'

Mentor2 years agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing items (do NOT select "not received". Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
