Bought the product and it hasn't been shipped for a month
On January 18, I bought the goods on ebay, the seller did not send it for a week and I wrote to him, he ignored me as well as my further request to return the goods. I started making a refund for the purchase according to the instructions, but it was suspended at the moment when I was asked to send the goods to the seller, and as you could understand, it was not even sent. Well, I closed the refund. I can't contact live support because I order from Ukraine and I can't communicate with the ebay support hotline because they have US numbers. What should I do in such a situation and how to get my money back

OP1 year agoSo ebay won't refund me for a product that hasn't even been shipped? Isn't it checked by some internal system? The seller ignores me and does not contact me, the shipping time was also overdue since a month has already passed since the payment. What is my mistake on the part of the buyer?

You needed to file a Refund Request/Item Not Received in order for Ebay to refund you for the item you never received. Since you filed the Return Request, Ebay automatically assumed that you received the item.

If you mistakenly filed a Return Request, there is nothing you can do.
If you used Paypal to process your payment, you can file a dispute through Paypal. Otherwise, you can contact the funding source you used to pay for the item to do a chargeback.
