Bought the extended warranty but item is a fake how do I get my money back
Bose earbuds are fake, I contacted seller and I am waiting for them to reply, but I want to be sure I am doing the correct procedures.

·2 years agoIf you purchased an Allstate warranty, you will need to contact them directly to see if they will cancel the unused portion of the warranty when you return the counterfeit item to the seller.

To deal with the counterfeit item, open a return request in your Purchase History. Choose the option "item doesn't match description or photos". Upload a picture of your item and describe the problem. The seller will have three days to send a refund or a return label.
