bought something, then tried to cancel, not showing up on my purchase history..venmo went through
I bought a product on sunday, that only after paying via venmo realized that the tarriff payments were too confusing. I sent a cancelation request to seller sunday, have not heard from them. odd part the sale does not show up on my purchase history on account. I did however receive an email at an old email with the receipt that shows all details including my request to cancel however when i click for more info it asks me to sign UP, not in.....I have the order number but cannot get any info from bot support...Any suggestions would be helpful.
oh yeah to verify it sends me 6 number code, but no user name, could i have purchased as a guest
