I can't find a way to cancel the order. The item I bought is not listed correctly. Seller had not shipped the item yet.

if they still ship the item to you and it is listed incorrectly, open a return case with the reason 'item not as described' and the seller will have to supply you with a prepaid return shipping label

once they receive the item back, they will be required to refund you within 3 days
