@gbgao , You had 30 days from the last estimated delivery date or from the date tracking showed a delivered scan to use ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) to get a refund. @gbgao Check your payment issuer if they can help with a chargeback. If Paypal, it is easy. PP gives you 180 days for a claim. Don't forget to escalate (= asking PP to step in) as soon as you can.
