Bought something from a scammer and I’m trying to contact Ebay directly so they can stop this seller
I bought three items from a seller and After contacting him constantly for a number of days. He finally sent my items. He said. He also agreed to send me two extra items because of the trouble he caused me. So I received a shipment from the seller, actually not from where he said it was from, but it was an envelope with nothing in it, and I guess he sent it so that he could collect the money showing that it had been received. So I can’t believe that I can’t speak to anybody at Ebay about the scammer. Everything is like request a refund. Contact the seller and then they asked me to send photos of this empty envelope that I received? This is nuts. Anybody got any ideas on how I can talk to Ebay and let them know about these idiots.

Mentor1 year agoOpen a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, missing items. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
